Dear workaway-community,
What calls my heart towards this journey is to sustain forests - and to learn how to best do this.
My inner Knowing tells me that this is the right community to start.

PERSPECTIVE:
As a psychologist and trainer of other coaches, my love flows into the *causes* of why we as humans destroy this beautiful world we inhabit (e.g. inability to feel, overwhelm, disconnection from the heart and ones true power etc.).
And my love also wants to flow into the sustainance of nature more directly.
I am aware that I need additional skills for this. And I will be so happy, if I can learn that with you.

ADDITIONALS:
✨ I do have ongoing work projects that require me to work Sundays and on flexible slots within the week (appr. 10 hours)
✨ I do need a stable, Zoom-friendly wifi connection

WHAT I LOVE:
I love to sing and dance, swim and climb trees, breathing techniquies, follow what lights me up, enjoy nature and ritual and diving deep in conversations (small-talk is not my strength ;-) ).

As a psychologist and trainer of other coaches, I am skilled in...
- organizing events, gatherings and workflows
- bring structure to complex matters (also kitchens)
- decorating beautiful places (e.g. entrance areas, rest areas, also altars)
- Social Media and website texting
- giving workshops, presentations, speeches
- teaching: explaining complex things in an easy way (with scientific evidence to why this is important for the individual. Then the mind is on board and there is less resistance to try new things)
- teaching how to teach
- assisting in writing books or blogs (I'm an author and blogger)
- offering singing circles
- singing in the background of events
- data collection and analysis (quantitively and qualitively)
- and of course: holding space for and lead through individual and group transformation
+ asking the right questions ;-)

Matters of the Heart, Emotional Transformation, Embodiment & Somatics, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Embodied Spirituality.

Of course I can also...
...clean up
