A bit about myself...
I grew up in Greece, in a small village by the sea.
I am a calm, contemplative being who can be very energetic when I'm engaged in what matters to me.
I love to listen to the music of nature, exercise, and meditate.
I am deeply passionate about what it means to be conscious and how to orient one's self, to live a good life, respectful, fulfilling life.
I am a traveler at heart, and since 2015, I have kept moving around.
I have lived in communities with many people, eco projects, alone and in squats.
For the time being I want to keep traveling, and I'm open to life and trying new experiences.

On the way I have picked up many skills, but more about that below ;)

My main intention in life is to live consciously and to be in the here and now. And hopefully to develop meaningful relationships with people and to see how we can work together, to create the world we want to live in.

I value honesty, patience and vulnerability.
I work well alone as well as in a team.
I am deeply artistic, I carve wood and play musical instruments.
My main strength is my patience, my optimism, and my creativity.
I am great to talk too, and I see myself as a valuable asset to have around.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Ok, time for my skills.

Normal skills :

I have A LOT of experience in managing kitchens and this has been the main way I have made money. I am a professional chef de cuisine. I grew up in family restaurants.
My specialty is my efficiency. I have worked in restaurants, cooked for communities, for families. With only a few ingredients I can make delicious food. I know how to minimize food waste. I know how to store food properly, how to make vinegars and long lasting sauces with fresh produce. I bake great bread.
I have managed community kitchens and cooked for 80 people, 3 times per day for 2 weeks, in Erasmus training courses, mostly in France, in the "Northern Lights" NGO. I have catered for 13 training courses over a time of 4 years.
I am deeply passionate about preserving food. I know how to store food properly, how to make vinegars and long lasting sauces with fresh produce. I bake great bread.
I am a fermentation enthusiast and I can help you to brew Kombucha, ginger beer, as well as effective microorganisms (em-2) culture. I travel with my fermented products and I can share them with you.
I am very skilled in wood construction, I have built interior house sealings, floors, stairs and furniture. I can install isolation.
I am a woodcarver and I have my own tools, I can decorate wood.

I have diverse knowledge of power tools, and I know how to work safely.
I have experience working with cob (clay, sand, straw mixture for natural building)
I'm pretty good in the garden too, I have knowledge of basic permaculture principles.
I grew up collecting olives and pruning and caring for olive trees.
I have basic knowledge in electricity connections, I have a little knowledge on plumbing.
I can drive heavy vehicles, tractors.
I am an amateur photographer and amateur Youtuber.
I have basic computer / internet skills.

Metaphysical skills :

I can organize healing games for groups.
I have participated in courses on this subject.
I promote emotional awareness with these games. You can call them team building, relationship promoting, people connecting games.
I see myself as someone who practices the cultivation of energy through language. Talking alone or group discussion, or one to one dialogue, is for me a sacred opportunity to cultivate energy.
