Hi and equally hola!

I'm a nomadic yoga and pilates teacher who used to be an artist/intellectual/producer of live-art events...cue laughter...yes, my life has changed radically from its London-based days

...this means i'm a "do-er" but also a dreamer.

I'm politically/socially/ethically minded and active...serious stuff; like trying to change law on animal experimentation...but I also know how to laugh. To live!

I've studied (and taught!) martial arts, i've snowboarded extensively (before I got ill from the cold, damn!) and solo free climbed most of my life...now I am constantly seeking baby mellow waves to surf.

I have spent the last 15 years mainly volunteering and housesitting: I cat-sit, dog- sit, rat-sit, chicken-sit and fish-sit! I've experienced horrors on a Greek Island when it all went wrong and the bliss of snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas. I've also known the hopelessness of trying to help unending numbers of stray dogs in Mexico and the mellow fruitful days of restoring an unloved casita in Spain...

...above all, my ethic is, rather than causing more selfish destruction I try to tread lightly on this earth, leaving behind harmony, smiles and laughter.

I have 'absorbed' Spanish rather than learnt it formally; this means I can communicate in Spanish, but do not have a deep understanding! I am really interested in gaining my TEFL to use in Spanish speaking countries.

* I've been kitchen helper and washer-uper!
* I've cleaned boats and houses
* I can also also teach a little bit of sport (pilates, yoga, basic gymnastics/kickboxing/capoeira to name a few!)
* I house sit and pet sit
* I look after a pet charity yearly in Mexico

I love to be fit and healthy as an essential element of being alive: love the sea for surfing, the outdoors for bouldering: hate restraint...love to kickbox, cartwheel one handed down beaches and hang on monkey bars. Yoga and Pilates are just the tip of the iceberg for living strong and happy : )
