Hi! I’m Maibret, a curious, intuitive, open-hearted soul from Estonia.

I enjoy meaningful work, learning new things, and meeting people from different cultures. I'm drawn to animals, art, photography and quiet moments in nature. Meditation and a simple, healthy lifestyle are important to me.

My favourite workaway was in a guesthouse in Turkey, where we did many different tasks to make our guests feel special and cared for. I've also done various kinds of gardening. I'm open to learn any kind of new skills. I'm not very strong, so lighter tasks would probably suit me better.

Though I often enjoy peaceful, reflective environments, I also appreciate good conversation and shared laughter. I guess you could call me a gentle mix of introvert and extrovert.

I follow a mostly gluten-free and dairy-free diet for health reasons, and it has never caused any problems anywhere. I'm easy-going about it and happy to manage my own food.

I believe in kindness, connection, and the quiet joy that comes from doing something together with others.

While they may not exactly match the typical Workaway roles, they’ve given me a wide range of useful experience. I’ve worked in a café, served as an administrator at a sports club, and held different types of office jobs — as well as in a more creative field as a hair stylist.

I really love animals and have always had cats in my life — they bring me a lot of joy and calm.

I grew up in the countryside, so I’m somewhat familiar with gardening and farm life, though I’ll admit those skills could use a bit of refreshing!

My greatest passions are traveling, personal growth, and writing. I also enjoy photography as a hobby from time to time.

I’m always open to learning something new and happy to step out of my comfort zone when it means gaining new experiences.
