I am moving south to Spain, and currently I'm in the Dordogne, France. I want to pick-up a friend in Malaga, the 12th of April. So I have a small week left to do cool things (or chill)!

Hey! I'm Mees, 21 years old and living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Last year, after finishing my studies in Amsterdam, I decided to take a gap-year in which I took a month off from work to travel through France and Spain in my campervan. I'm currently moving through the south of France. My final destination is not yet determined, but I have to pick-up a friend the 12th of April in the north of Spain. So my plan is to move down a little more! I am a social person who likes to be surrounded by others, so travelling on my own has been a challenge. I really wanted to take on that challenge, to see what I could do on my own in a whole new environment. But now, I would really like to meet some new people and help out where help is needed.

As I said, I am an energetic, social person that likes to help other people out. At home, I work in Home Care, so I'm constantly moving between other peoples homes and lives, helping cliënts with their household and personal care. I love to play some football, hangout with friends and see family. My friends and family would describe me as an energetic, fun, caring and precise person. Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm very sollution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve things! This is something that I have learned through my studies (Business Administration) but more importantly throughout my work in Home Care. I am very skilled in and around the house(hold), working in the garden, cleaning, and moving things :) This is something I do on the daily at my work! I have always wanted to do some au-pair work, but this never really happened. I am also very skilled with computers, fixing most of the problems ocurring myself (software, not hardware haha). That's just a hobby I have!

I speak Dutch and English fluently, and in high-school i've been studying some Spanish as well. Most of the simple conversations I can understand in Spanish! I am always open to learn new languages, but this is not the point of my trip. I do not have a special gift for languages ;)

I love some good beer, and I brew beer myself together with my dad (who knows most about it to be honest ;) ). If you are lucky, I still have some beers left-over in my van you can try!

I am a sports lover, and love to play games. Board or active games, I don't care!! I am very fanatical, so I always want to win.
