Hi! Our names are Maxime and Anne, nice to meet you! We are now preparing this one-year trip to New Zealand, and it is honestly the most exciting and scary undertaking of our lives, but we are very much looking forward to the adventure!
We both have a bit of the same background and we are true nature lovers with biology degrees. Anne is taking evening classes in animal care and does volunteer work in local nature organizations. Maxime just wrapped up a second master in Conservation Biology and hopes to put his knowledge and skills into practice.
Both of us would love to spend loads of time in the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand, while working on local farms and taking care of the domain and animals.

Quais são suas habilidades?

We are experienced working with many types of animals (like horses, chickens, goats,...) and not scared of any of them. It would be very nice to do further work with animals and develop our skills more.
Anne is really good with kids and has spent a lot of time taking care of her nieces or kids of friends and she enjoys activities like cooking or baking. She has worked in a kitchen as a student (cleaning) and in hotels. Anne also has experience as a private teacher, in many different areas (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths).
Maxime is also very good with kids. He has previous working experience as a waiter and able to do very hard, physical labour. He enjoys working in the garden.
Both of us are strong and motivated workers, eager to learn and able to think on our feet.

I love playing board games, horseback riding, walking and hiking. I am very much not a runner though! I love spending time with people, learning new things and experiencing new cultures.
