I've always wanted to travel around the world for an extended time and am very excited to start this journey! New experiences, meeting new people, and getting introduced to different cultures brings me a ton of joy. When it comes to traveling I'm a very easy person to please. I enjoy the city as much as the country side, I love trying new foods, and am always open to new cultural experiences. In general I'm a very open minded and easy going person. Other peoples happiness and excitement brings me happiness and excitement.

While I was attending university in the United States, I did a one-month study abroad in Valladolid, Spain and my biggest regret was that I didn't do the longer 4-month program they offered. It was such a great experience I just wish I could have done and seen more of both Spain and Europe. When I was 24, one of my best friends moved to Vietnam. I went there to visit him for 3 weeks and had such an amazing time, I promised myself that before I turn 30 I would take a year to travel around the world. Now that the time is finally here I'm extremally happy and excited to see new countries, learn new cultures, and meet great new people!

I am more then happy to learn a new language, or help someone improve their English. I have experience doing so when I was on my study abroad in Spain and my host families 8 year old daughter was just beginning to learn English in school. I would spend an hour a day talking with her in English as well as helping go through her English schoolwork

Quais são suas habilidades?

In terms of education, I received a degree from St. John's, Minnesota with a major in Economics. It was a liberal arts school, meaning I also took courses on a wide range of topics (Anthropology, World History, World Religions, Language (Spanish), Gender Studies, Etc..). I spent my first year out of college working in digital marketing, and then the last five years I have worked in the software industry. I am definitely not a tech genius by any means, but am very familiar with working on/with computers.

I speak English Fluently and small amount of Spanish. When I did my Study abroad in Spain my host mom had a 14 year old son and 8 year old daughter. The daughter was just beginning to learn English in school. Everyday we would spend around an hour speaking together in "Spanglish" as we worked through her homework (her English got a lot better!).

I have lived both on my own and with other roommates. I like to be clean and tidy. I will always clean up after myself and am happy to help with any and all household duties.

I'm a big person (193Cm & 98Kg) and happy to provide any physical labor where needed.

Growing up I played a wide range of sports, as well as playing American football at my university. I enjoy any and all sporting and outdoor activities.

I grew up with both Cats and Dogs and am very comfortable around animals as well as helping take care of them.

In general, I am self-sufficient and never want to be a burden on anyone.
