Hello everyone!
We are Matteo and Marzia,

Originally from two different coastal town in northern and southern of Italy respectively, we met each other while studying Psychology in Padua and, after 4 years of being together, we’ve finally made it! Having spent these years together living and travelling around Europe, we've decided to overcome the boundaries of the ordinary to keep making new experiences.

We are a friendly, curious, and creative couple with a positive attitude towards life. We love meeting new people, living in contact with nature and deeply learn about new cultures. We love pushing ourselves outside of our comfort zone and discover new sides of ourselves.


More about us:

Marzia works both as a kindergarten/primary teacher and as a psychologist. At the kindergarten she spends her time taking care of young children and is also in charge of organising ‘outdoor education projects for them. As a psychologist, she operates in a Women Centre, where she is specialised in assisting and provide psychological support to women victims of gender violence.
In the past, she studied English in Dublin and worked as an au pair in Croatia.

Being creative is one of the adjectives that better describes Marzia’s personality. She loves organising workshops aimed at raising environmental awareness through creative recycling and, owing to her work, she is also heavily engaged in organising events aimed at promoting gender equal opportunities. More recently, she has discovered the beauty of studying and practising yoga.


Matteo works as a child psychologist in a community centre, where he conducts classes as a IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) teacher with groups of new parents, also organising trainings about breathing and relaxation techniques. Throughout his career he also has gained experience working for home-schooling teaching organizations and in organising outdoor education projects.

As a workawayer, he has already had the opportunity to travel to southern Portugal, working as a painter in a backpackers’ hostel renovation project and to Switzerland, taking care of the three children of a lovely Swiss family. He also had the opportunity to visit the UK twice during his studies. In both occasions, he spent time living and working as an au pair hosted by two different families based not far away from the city of London.

Matteo is a music and nature lover. Cycling, hiking and surfing are some of Matteo greatest passions - a great way to nurture his love for nature! In addition, Matteo also loves cooking and experiment with new recipes all the time.



Our dream would be to be able to visit South-East Asia until 2024. As potential workwayers we believe this could be an incredible and enriching opportunity for us. This would allow us to learn more about the kaleidoscopic and unique different cultures and meet incredible people along our path, while also giving back to the communities we will be lucky to visit.

Quais são suas habilidades?

- Communication and Interpersonal skills:
As both psychologists and educators, we possess strong communication skills, which allow us to effectively empathize and communicate with a wide range of audiences.
Over the years we have had the opportunity to work both independently and in team, developing
mediation abilities and strong flexibility, which has enabled us to adapt to different contexts.

- Computer skills:
We are both proficient in using major social media platforms. Throughout the years, we have gained experience managing the social media platforms of the community organizations we have worked for. This has enabled us to create media content easily using Canva.
Additionally, we possess also good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Organizational skills
Over time, we have honed our organizational and problem-solving skills.
These skills were first developed during our academic years and have been further strengthened throughout our work experiences. Indeed, as educators, we have experience organizing and preparing our teaching materials, which often require readaptation depending on the need
of the students in each class.
In addition, we have successfully organized and managed various conferences and events.

- Customer service skills:
We possess a warm and approachable attitude, and over the years we have learned to listen to customers and understand their needs, also thanks to our experiences in providing assistance and support to clients in hostels and restaurants.
