I'm Josefina (30 years old), originally from Córdoba, Argentina, but since 2022, I’ve been living by the sea in Florianópolis, Brazil.

My roots are deeply tied to rural life, as I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals and nature—a lifestyle I’ve always cherished.

Currently, I work as the executive and personal assistant to the CEO of a U.S. company.

Before moving to Brazil, I spent three years in Mendoza’s Uco Valley (Arg), in a small rural town by the Andes Mountains. There, I worked in tourism and hospitality, which honed my skills as a receptionist, concierge, waitress, and wine host. My professional journey has been diverse and filled with hands-on experiences, from customer service and sales to a year in the U.S. as an Au Pair. Thanks to these roles, I’ve become highly multitasking, practical, and solution-oriented.

Life on the farm taught me many things, including animal care, garden maintenance, and farm work. I’m comfortable handling various tasks, from driving tractors to harvesting nuts and pumpkins, feeding a range of animals (including my pet pig, Jacinta), and cutting firewood. I also have experience with home renovations, including painting, redecorating, and general upkeep.

My current focus is reconnecting with horses, a passion I’m pursuing through recent training in Indian and natural horsemanship. I completed an immersion program working with a wild mare and a traumatized adult horse, and I’m furthering my skills with friends in Argentina who specialize in horsemanship and training.

Nature is my sanctuary, and I love learning new things and expressing myself through music, writing, or even acting. I am an open-minded individual with strong interests in human and environmental rights, and I strive for a proactive, grounded, and balanced lifestyle. While I bring structure and organization to my work, I embrace a relaxed and joyful outlook in my personal life.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m a versatile professional with experience in administration, customer service, and tourism, as well as practical skills like gardening, painting, and decorating.

I want to believe that I have artistic talents in singing, (guitar playing I must confess Im not good enough hahaha), and acting.

Growing up on a farm, I gained valuable experience in animal care and working in natural environments. I'm eager to share my skills to help others and also learn new skills from people around!

With diverse experience and a proactive mindset, I adapt easily to new tasks and environments.

I’m passionate about music, theater, I love playing the guitar, singing, and reading books. I’m also a huge animal lover (I’m vegetarian, by the way) and have a deep connection with nature, so I truly enjoy spending time outdoors and feeling connected to the environment. Cooking is something I really enjoy, and I love trying out new recipes and flavors!

I’m also into surfing (still learning!), camping, hiking, horseback riding, spending time in nature, and grabbing a drink or an ice cream. I love traveling, exploring new places, meeting new people, having fresh experiences, and learning new things every day.

I like to stay active, but on days off, I also appreciate a good sleep-in! 😂😂
