Lulu here from Dublin, Ireland. I've been an avid traveller for twenty years. I am new to this site but I've volunteeed in many different projects all over the world. I've love experiencing all the cultural differences that travel brings. I love to hike, scuba dive, swim, kayake, be in nature and around animals and children. I don't drink or smoke. I am an easy going person who loves to meditate and live a drama free life. Self development is important to me. I have worked in social care for 17 years helping others to live more healthy and self empowered lives. I have both professional and personal experience in looking after children, teenagers, the elderly, vulnerable adults and animals. I love to cook, garden and do D.I.Y jobs, incredible the things you can teach yourself from YouTube!
I love meeting new people and I'm easy to get along with. I'm currently on a world trip where I have been volunteering in Vipassana meditation centres in Cambodia, Phillipeans and Australia. I am now looking for some different experiences. The next part of my trip is to South America where I am looking to volunteer in projects that involve animals, nature and adventure.

I love to cook, do gardening, and try different D.I.Y projects. I am happy to help out with household cleaning. I have experience with doing small renovation of properties to put them on the rental market.
I have worked for 17 years in social care in Ireland, working with vulnerable adults and children. Working from a trauma informed practice, I've supported people with a wide variety of complex needs through self development and empowerment.

In my spare time I like to take walks on the beach or in the woods, preferably with dogs since my two dogs have passed away. I love to swim and do most water sports and love showing children all the joys of being in the great outdoors. I also mediante every day which is the best tool I have found to eliminate stress and live a simple but contented life. I am a very open and willing person and can give anything a try.
