Heya! I'm Lina, a young traveller who wants to explore the world and all its beauty while expanding my mind and sharing my life with other souls around the earth. Wether it is studying in England, working in New Zealand or Denmark, travelling Italy or going bike-camping in Sweden - my travel experiences always made me happier and opened my eyes. Especially living with locals and at first total strangers who then become friends is one of the most beautiful experiences!

I prefer having long and deep conversations about religion, politics, literature, art, adventures, society, feelings, dreams, stories, music (...), than to party and drink alcohol. So when I meet my friends we usually drink tea and talk for hours and hours or go on adventures. As I grew up in the countryside my whole childhood was an adventure of exploring places (sorry to my parents who never knew where I was xD) or fantasizing and dreaming.

In Germany I study religious studies and german language and literature. In the last months and years I've become more interested and involved in Buddhism/Taoism which really enriches my life. I've always been very interested in spirituality and no matter if you define yourself as religious/spiritual or not, I believe that we can all learn so much from each other and mutually enlighten our paths.

Important to know might also be that I am vegetarian, because I believe that animals are people, too. I would also be interested in living with a vegan family.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have lots of experiences with pets. I completed an internship in a vet (where I also cared for bigger animals like horses and cows) and since years I frequently walk my neigbours dogs which are Dachshunds and Greyhounds. I love all dogs, especially Corgis or bigger ones that remind me of wolves :) and I can't wait to have dogs by myself one day! Also, I care for all kinds of dog in my hometown, sitting them for a day or just going out for a walk. In earlier jobs I also learned to care for farm animals like horses.

Furthermore I worked in New Zealand on a kiwi and avocado plantation and in several host families where I did wwoofing (similiar to workaway) I did gardening work, painting and work in the kitchen. I am not the best cook, even though I have quite a lot of experience, but I am getting better.

I also have a drivers license for cars and I can speak english and german fluently, italian pretty well, spanish okay and french and hindi just a little.
