Hey there! My name is Leonie and this year I am doing Work and Travel through Europe. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures and ways of living. I am looking forward to meeting new people and I hope we will each learn something from the other.

We only stayed two weeks with Doriane and Tony, but we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed in their home. They were very curious about our travel experiences, so we had many great chats. Living at Janne and Maxime's farm near Brugge was a wonderful experience. We felt welcomed from the very first second so that the four weeks we stayed with them went by so quickly!

Leonie & friends worked hard regardless of rain or cold. They're easy and quiet guests, observed our house-rules and helped with meals. They built a shelter for our donkeys, cleared parts of our garden, but most importantly they helped restoring almost 1km of fencing around our estate to keep our dogs 'inside'. Thanks for that! had the chance to develop many new skills in working with machines such as drills and a chainsaw. We helped for maximum 5 hours a day and e.g. cleared a space in their garden from brambles and rose bushes or build a shed for the donkeys. Most of our stay we… read more
