Hello everyone! My name is Lena and I’m currently traveling solo, embracing every opportunity to learn, grow and connect with new people. I truly believe that one of the greatest joys in life is meeting others, exchanging stories and supporting each other on our journeys. Being able to accompany people for a small part of their path and contribute to their lives in a meaningful way gives me a sense of purpose.

I strongly believe that everyone has something good to offer to the world, and for me, one of the best ways to do that is by helping others with an open heart and mind. Whether it’s through lending a hand, sharing knowledge or simply being a positive presence, I strive to make a difference wherever I go.

Exploring the world is one of my biggest life goals. I love immersing myself in different cultures, learning about history, and discovering new perspectives. Languages fascinate me and I enjoy practicing and improving my skills whenever I can. For me, traveling isn’t just about seeing new places—it’s about the connections we make, the lessons we learn and the unforgettable experiences along the way!⛰️🌞🏝️

I would describe myself as adaptable, easygoing and always trying to bring a positive energy to the people around me. I’m happy to work in a team but also feel comfortable being independent when needed. I’ve had the privilege of traveling with my family and friends in the past and while I’m currently exploring solo, I’m always open to sharing the journey with like-minded people.

Beyond traveling, I enjoy hands-on work, being creative and staying active. I’m open to learning new skills and always willing to step outside my comfort zone. Whether it’s working with animals, gardening, helping with projects or assisting with languages, I’m happy to contribute in any way I can. I look forward to meeting amazing people, sharing unforgettable moments and making a positive impact wherever I go.

I attended a language-focused school, which gave me a strong foundation in languages. I feel very confident teaching others German, as it is my native language, and also English, since I have been speaking it for almost my entire life. Additionally, I studied Latin in school, which has helped me a lot when learning new languages, especially Romance languages. I would also be able to teach someone the basics of French. I love both learning and teaching languages, as I believe they are a beautiful way to connect with people from different cultures!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have lived the childhood dream that many people had—I grew up in a large family, so being around lots of people has always felt completely natural to me and my grandmother had a farm and I was lucky enough to grow up there. She had chickens, rabbits, two cows, cats and more, so I have plenty of experience taking care of animals. We also have a large garden, and I’ve always loved helping my mother with gardening—it’s her passion and she has definitely passed it on to me! At home, we currently have two dogs and a tortoise and I’ve also had birds in the past. On top of that, I have always had a deep love for horses. I took care of two horses for seven years and have been riding for 14 years now. Working with animals, especially horses, brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment.

I am a very active person who enjoys all kinds of sports, hiking and movement in general. I also love trying out new activities and challenging myself. At the same time, I have a creative side—I enjoy crafting, crocheting and making my own clothes. In the winter, I crochet sweaters for my dogs and I love giving handmade gifts to people.

Growing up in a big family has also given me a lot of experience with children. I have been surrounded by kids my whole life and additionally, I babysit two to three times a month, so I’m comfortable taking care of children of different ages.

I have worked as a secretary for a company that organized various courses for other businesses. This role gave me extensive experience in organization, time management and customer relations. I was responsible for coordinating schedules, handling communications and ensuring everything ran smoothly, which developed my ability to be detail-oriented, proactive and efficient under pressure. Currently, I am working as a waitress, where I have honed my customer service skills. I’m adept at understanding customer needs and ensuring they have the best experience possible. This job has also helped me develop a strong ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations. In both roles, I have learned the importance of strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Additionally, I’ve learned to stay organized, work well in fast-paced environments and maintain a positive attitude even during stressful situations.

I have a strong interest in languages and cultures. My native language is German, but I also studied English, French and Latin in school. Right now, I am teaching myself the basics of Spanish and Italian because I love the idea of being able to connect with even more people around the world.

Aside from these experiences, I would describe myself as:

I’m open to helping in many different areas—whether it’s working with animals, children, gardening, cooking or any hands-on projects. I love being part of a team and contributing wherever I can.
