Hello!
I am Léa, 37, originally from the French Alps but have lived almost half of my life abroad. I speak fluent English and Spanish.
Among varied jobs, I have worked as a French teacher and tutor for kids and adults, a translator, a massage and dance therapist, and a health assistant and manager in summer camps for children and teenagers. I enjoy working with people and taking care of them in every aspect.
Growing up in the mountains, I also love nature and animals and am particularly interested in eco projects, sustainability, permaculture, and women empowerment. I am a vegetarian and practise yoga and meditation.
I also have a passion for dance, music, spirituality and healing traditions worldwide.
I am a respectul, responsible, dedicated and kind person who enjoys being part of meaningful projects with values.

Quais são suas habilidades?
I can teach and translate, organize workshops (I have experience especially with somatic disciplines like theatre, relaxation, dance).
I can do or teach massage techniques and facial care (homemade natural cleansings, kobido, gua sha, facial acupuncture. I have some knowledge in aromatherapy, Ayurveda and Chinese Medecine.
I am a good cook, and very keen to learn more gardening and agricultural techniques. I also have experience as a waitress, receptionist and tourist guide.
I can help with computers for most things. I have good organizing skills once I understand clearly what the needs are.
Whatever else is needed, I can learn :)
