Hello beautiful souls,
my name is Lea (she/her) and I would describe myself as grounded, open and full of curiosity.

I traveled a lot during the last years aiming to create an adventerous life making memories while staying connected to the NOW.
Last winter I lived in a community in México, updated my Spanish and went surfing. During summer I enjoy going to music- and yogafestivals. Recently I started to learn some Portuguese. I have a lot of interests like skateboarding, (acro-)yoga, bouldering, slacklining, HulaHooping, surfing, juggling or doing strength training.

As I experience life as astonishing and exiting, I sometimes find it hard to focus – a bit more Vata than Pitta, but less Kapha then you think.

A few weeks ago I finished my masters in Nonprofit-Management in Berlin. During the last years I worked at a project centering mental health of volunteers. To connect to nature, I like to workaway/volunteer in areas where a computer isn't my (main) tool.

When I travel I look for conscious places with good energy, where giving and receiving are balanced and we can grow together with compassion. 🌿

Quais são suas habilidades?

I grew up in a househould where veggies were grown in an own garden, meals for the whole family were cooked in big pots and there was always some construction work going on in the house.
Having a good basic understanding of how things have to get done I see where I'm needed, can think for myself and would consider myself practical in a lot of areas like...
- healthy cooking (vegan/vegetarian),
- basic knowledge in gardening & constructing things,
- Reiki practitioner (Level 1),
- degree in marketing and nonprofit-management,
- my morning practice contains yoga, breathwork & meditation and I'm happy to share.
