My name is Katharina. I recently graduated and since that I grew up in a small town I want to get out of here and explore the world. Now, I am looking for adventure, meeting people, cultures, and new experiences. At home I live with my family, that means my parents, my 4 siblings and my dog. As one of the older siblings I got a lot of experiences in childcare and handling different situations and that for I also got very good communication skills. Training with my dog, painting, reading, hiking and helping my grandparents in the garden are some of my passions. However I want to explore more of that, gain knowledge and grow through traveling. I am not afraid of hart work, I have helped some hosts with renovations and so I have experience in painting, sanding, working with wood and gardening. So yeah, I’m really open to any kind of work and would love to try different things! Hope you join me in my adventure.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills. I have experience working at a pizza restaurant, as bartender, and small office tasks for my dad who works as a lawyer. Other than that I am more than happy to help you with childcare, gardening, renovating, art projects/ recycling, and also with animals. My grandpa owns a dairy farm and I am used to help there a little as well. Even though I take my work seriously, I do have a good sense of humour. That helped me when I worked at a summer vacation camp for kids in the last 2 years. That and growing up with my 3 younger siblings taught me a hell of a lot and also pointed out that I really enjoy spending time with them. A key strength is communication; building strong relationships with people and that is also why I have the urge to explore, go out and make friends all over the world.

I will start my journey together with a very good and close friend Paula, who has been with me for 8 years. Together we managed the school years as well as the high school graduation.
We share many collective interests such as working with animals, long walks in the forest, cooking, craft skills and creative activities.
So we also share the dream of seeing and discovering the world hand in hand.
