Hi, it is Karolina! I have been on a break from London corporate world. My challenge for this year has been pushing myself outside my comfort zone, making new connections outside my "usual" life. I have always been a resilent and an ambitious worker. In the past I was managing teams of 20-250 people. I am passionate about social issues, mental health, spiritual healing, animals and roller skating.

Quais são suas habilidades?

My skills evolve a lot around leadership, as someone who has been in senior management role for years responsible for recruitment, coaching, HR follow up, projects leading, profit and loss analysis, budgeting, etc. My strengths are sense for clarity, integrity and structure. I worked in fashion retail in central London, a very demanding environment. To be a symbolic leader it often meant to be very hands on, having great communicating skills but also being highly efficient and getting tasks done, finding solutions on a go. I do not shy away from "non managerial" tasks, I believe that every little makes a difference and contributes to common bigger goals.
