私は大学時代農業について学んできました。たくさんの農家さんや漁師さん、食に関わっている人たちと関わる中で、その素晴らしさや重要性を学びました。
そして自然というものの壮大さ、尊さ、美しさに触れ、さらに自然が大好きになりました。そんな中で大好きな料理にも出会いました。
私は料理の修行に出ます。
そのスタートに世界中の料理、農業を知りたくて旅に出ました！

日本全国でたくさんの有機、自然栽培農家さんの手伝いをしてきました。その中には畜産、漁業もありました。居酒屋、日本料理、蕎麦屋でのアルバイト経験があります。小さい時から家には動物がいたのでお世話もできます。植物も動物も、全部含めて自然が大好きです。また、子どもと遊ぶのも大好きです^ ^体力には自信があります！どんなことでも楽しむことができます(^O^)
