My name's Joseph! I'm a sporty guy from Austria. I worked as a construction supervisor and worker for 6 years and an additioanl 4 years dedicated to more crafting (mostly woodworks). I'm fairly strong - I train and teach martial arts, calisthenics, parkour and I also do climbing (free solo) and a variety of other sports.
I love animals and nature - I often camp outside (always without a tent), yet enjoy having a comfy bed every few days, depending on what I'm doing (on trekking tours, I don't sleep in a bed for weeks of course heh).
I'm hardworking and very durable with high endurance. I worked with animals before, but it has been long since then (cows, horses). I don't like big working groups - I prefer taking care of a place or being alone with the host.
I speak German and English fluently, I understand and speak some french and I'm learning Japanese (since 3 years).

If you're looking for a travel companion, I might be your guy! I prefer (open to longer ones aswell) short trips (up to 4 days) to visit a new country or camp somewhere. Roadtrips are also fine (I do have a car). My female (and male) friends describe me as the perfect body guard :D so, if a female is looking for a male companion for a safer travel - consider me. You'll notice why, once we chat a bit.

I know I appear somewhat intimidating to some people (which is good) and I definitely can be if needed. I've been training martial arts for over 23 years now and I'm thus definitely a force to reckon with. 183cm tall and 93kg (mostly muscle) heavy. However, my philosophy is pretty straight forward and I'm a chill guy.

I work as a teacher and trainer and did support lots of people struggling with mental issues. I'm very honest, a feature not everyone can handle.

I like to spend time in the forest, finding new paths, experiencing nature and I spend quite some time training crafting and survival skills. I'm quite versatile with tools.

I write stories and poetry, like video games, love some boardgames and movies/series/animes. I also sing and play the guitar (a bit xD enough for me haha).

The one thing I value the most, is truth. If you can't speak the truth to me, don't talk at all. This might sound harsh, but no, I don't make exceptions - there's no scenario ever, in which a lie makes any sense - where simple honesty or silence wouldn't work in its stead. I don't mind enjoying silence together, telling stories or listening to you for hours, honoring your words and openness with nods, amazement and curiosity. HOWEVER xD truth and openess are two different things. I'm not pestering you with curiosity or try to pry into matters which are not my concern, but: I'll listen to everything someone tells me. I don't judge - words are words.
