I am looking forward to travelling to countries and places I haven't seen and experienced. I have family in the UK and will be travelling to see them and also spending time in Europe. I am new to workaway, but have heard many great reviews from family and friends who have participated! I'm interested in community and family, love nature and learning about more sustainable ways of being!

I've been involved in home renovations over the decades, and have skills in general home DIY, painting, some furniture restoration, gardening, veggies gardens, I enjoy cooking (I come from a big family who love good food!), experience with children.

I love walking/hiking and being outdoors, but am happy to play games, I like cards (although I'm not all that good at it! ) and don't mind board games. I'll be travelling with a small set of water colour paints and really want to explore painting/drawing, which is did do a lot of in younger years. Food is heaven and cooking is a joy, particularly with and for others, I love my veggie garden, growing my own produce, drying herbs and contributing in some small way to reduce waste.

It was soo lovely to have Jen join the team, she had been a great help in all areas of the house, kitchen, organizing, housekeeping, etc.
She has a kind calm presence and we would have great conversations and occasional game nights together.
