I am a former mental health worker from the states now starting my own mental health education and awareness project for teens. I speak in youth organizations and schools talking about resiliency and Social Emotional Skills. Aside from speaking I have a passion for writing and have just finished my first book which I am working on publishing. I love traveling and meeting new people, learning about other cultures and having good conversations. Spirituality is a big piece of my life I take from many different teachings and believe we are all interconnected. If you have a creative project or and or enjoy good conversations let's talk!

General maintenance including rough wood work and building repairs. I'm super creative and great at improvising problems
