I’m Ghislaine, I travelled a lot during my professionel life (worked for 17 years as a television researcher and producer for documentaries and 13 years as head of production in a museum of contemporary art) . I am interested in people, nature, arts, life .... the world.
I like to travel but like to have contact with local people, do something, learning something. I always worked with young adults as interns, they came from all over Europe.. some of them are still friends. I’ m young at heart and mind. I'm starting a new period in my life and I don't want to sit at home, I still like to do something usefull and meet new people. I also like to improve my language skills, my English is very good, but it can be improved. I very much like to learn more Spanish, I can understand a lot and can ask for basic things, but I really like to improve it. Same go's for my French. That is not bad, but...
I'm Interested in a location in Europe: I like Scandinavia a lot, always wanted to visit Schotland (never did, still on my list), I love Italy, Spain and France. I visited al these country's several times. So, I would really love it to expierence this country's more from the inside and participating in daily life, in whatever form.
I'm very flexible and my aim is that when I can find a Host, to travel over there and stay and enjoy my time. It would be great iff I could stay for a period of min. 3 weeks or more, if it feels good from both sides.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m a good organiser, coördinator and motivator, specially with young adults. I’m empathic and social. I speak Dutch, English and French. I like gardening and being out in nature. I can teach basic English to children.
I see myself helping at a reception, taking care of children, helping in a household, dogwalking, helping in a garden. I must say that I'm not a good cook, so that is something I want offer as a skill, but I'm willing to learn to cook better, in fact, I would like that, helping in the kitchen and learn.

I read a lot of books, like going to the movies, visiting museums, walking, biking, ..... working in the garden. I did yoga for some years and I really like that: so, helping out in yoga center would also be very nice. For the moment I'm also going to the Art Academy, I'm learning to paint and draw. I'm in my second year, so if someone is interested I can teach basic painting or drawning. I'm also interested in healthy lifestyle and I try to take care of the environment.
