Descrição

Niko: I am a Nutrition Science graduate who is passionate about all things food. While I love cooking and promoting good health, recently it is growing food and sustainable living which interests me most. I have aspirations to start a type of community garden to combat malnutrition in my hometown in Australia. I love working with my hands and spending the working day outdoors (or in the kitchen). Besides food, I have a love of travel and yoga, both of which I have been doing for many years.

Jacob: I am a content creator with a passion for travelling, healthy living, cooking & outdoor activities. After completing a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Majoring in Film & Video) in 2017, I have been working consistently as a freelance videographer for six years now. In this time I have been hired to produce a wide variety of content, which has given me the opportunity to work with many different businesses and creative individuals. I was brought up in a family that has always placed importance on a healthy lifestyle, which is something I would like to begin forging a career in as I grow older. Learning more about permaculture and sustainable living will be beneficial to my future goals, which is why I am hoping to work in volunteer roles at organic farms or hospitality venues.

Niko:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and Master's of Dietetics in progress
- Food and nutrition educating skills.
- Self-taught experience growing vegetables (in urban environments)
- Years of hospitality experience (restaurant and theatre)
- Competent in cooking and creating recipes.
- Experience in painting and plastering
- Some experience with using power tools and carpentry.

Jacob:
- Bachelor's degree in creative Industries (Majoring in Film & Video)
- Videography & Photography
- Video Editing
- Marketing (Specialising in Instagram content)
- Cooking and creating healthy
- Event Planning & Marketing
- Prior experience teaching English to foreign students (All ages)
- Years of hospitality experience

Both: We are both creative people with acquired experience in our individual fields. We are passionate and practiced in cooking and creating meals. We are looking to gain new knowledge and experience in growing produce and sustainable living. Our work experience has made us both driven and adaptable workers, able to learn things quick on our feet.

We are both interested in hikes and outdoor activities. We love being in nature and often find ourselves there. Jacob is an excellent athlete and Niko has a regular yoga practice.
Music is another shared love of ours. You can also often find us playing cards or reading in our downtime.
