Hi, I am a mum of two beautiful kids, my daughter Róza (born 2015) and my son Štěpán (born 2018). I love travelling, experiencing other places, cultures, food and meeting new people. I think everybody is so interesting and has a great life story and it is soooo inspiring. I would like to pass my passion to my kids. I believe that getting new experience while travelling is the best way to learn about life, world around you and yourself. I want to show them all the things that I have fallen in love with when I was travelling.
I see Workaway as a great opportunity to get to know yourself and the world better.

We live in a small touristic town in Krkonoše mountains in the northern part of the Czech Republic. I love the mountains in summer, I am not much of a winter person. It is my hometown and I return back to this place after almost 15 years of travelling and living elsewhere. Nowadays, I prefer calmer life close to nature surrounded by nice people. However, I miss meeting international people and intercultural exchange sometimes that is why I wish to participate here.

We love to enjoy our simple life, visiting friends and family members (parents, 2 sisters with their families). During the summer time we stay in the garden of my parents a lot. My grandparents used to have many animals but as they have been gotten older, they have only cats now. My parents grow vegetables that we all like to eat.

I am responsible, reliable and open-minded person with good communication skills. I consider myself as a well-organised and pro-active person.
I am a non-smoker.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I work as a freelance English teacher. I have online and offline lessons with kids, teenagers and adults. I have also created some conversational curses for mothers at local community centres.
I like cooking vegan food, exploring new and fresh ingredients and trying new recipes.

With kids, we like spending time outside. We enjoy getting to know new places and meeting new inspiring people. My daughter loves to draw and create stuff, my son likes to build anything from all kinds of materials. We all like to be surrounded by other children and I also enjoy chatting and sharing all kinds of stuff with other mums.

I am very interested in sustainable living, zero waste and eco style of living, as well as self-development. Since we live in a rented flat, I would be happy to have a chance to experience permaculture farming and gardening. Moreover, we are not able to have an animal at home so taking care of pets or animals is very exciting for us. My kids love animals and it would be great opportunity for them to learn how to take care about them.

I used to travel a lot individually before having kids, mostly outside Europe, New Zealand, South and Central America. I did some volunteering in Mexico and worked for NGO as a coordinator of volunteers. I used to live 5 years in Scotland where I worked and studied. I have lots of experience with organising travels, preparing for them, packing effectively and so on.

In my opinion, our whole life is a journey. Therefore, I am on my way to improve myself all the time. I have learnt some techniques and tools that helps me overcome some hard times and I am grateful for them.
I have also created a project Život ve světě (Living in the World, www.zivotvesvete.cz) where I want to motivate and inspire young people to travel and experience life out of their comfort zone.
I am in a two-year coaching training to be a professional in helping youngsters to find their talents and abilities to live a happy and successful life.
