Hey everyone:)
My name is Jana, I am 23 years old and grew up in the north part of germany. I have spend the last three years in Leipzig to absolve my apprenticeship as an Occupation Therapist. I grew up in a very small town so I enjoyed the big city and all the opportunities there. Now I am searching for new experiences before I will start working and hope that I will come in contact with all the different, interesting aspects of life, explore the world and meet beautiful people. I love using Workaway to get in touch with amazing and interesting projects and people and help there as good as I can.

I am a open minded person and care about my surrounding so I want to take my part of creating spaces of freedom, good feelings and safety for everyone. I want to get in a deep contact with the world around me and myself and enjoy life as a wonderful, exiting journey.

I love to spend time in the nature. Also is travelling a big part of my life and I think it is very important to get out of the comfort zone from time to time to experience beautiful, new things.

Quais são suas habilidades?

For me it is difficult to describe myself so I asked my friends how they would do it. They see me as a very empathic and warm-hearted person, that love to laugh and enjoy every moment as much as possible. I like to create my surrounding in a beautiful way and get in touch with the good things in every situation. For me it is important to get in a pure, authentic and good contact with people.
I grew up with a big garden and a lot of animals. I like gardening and taking care for animals. In our family we used to eat vegetarian and organic, for me it is important to treat the environment good and with awareness. Because of the patchwork familysystem a learned to be with many different kinds of people and taking my place. Because of the Waldorf school I visited as a child and my apprenticeship I am good and skilled with handcrafting including the work with clay and wood, sewing, painting and calligraphing. I love to be creative. As an side-job I worked in a café and I am a big fan of coffee and sweet things. So it was a good place to work for me ;)
In vacation I learned to dive and surf (at a low level) and maybe I can come in contact with this sports again. I would be happy.
Because I am living in Leipzig at a own place with a friend, I can manage everything around housekeeping like cleaning, washing and cooking.
In every moment of life I try to do my best and so I will do it at your place too :) I am a quick learner and a easy going person.
