I have three main motivations and loves in life: exercise, people and natural beauty. I believe travelling the world is the best way to combine these passions. Since completing my degree in Sport, Exercise and Health Science I have taken every step to see as much of the world as possible and to help people along the way. I spend last year in Central America, the start of this year working and travelling in Japan and now am looking for opportunities all throughout Asia.
I love the simplicity of life, spending time outdoors, eating and socialising. I would love any opportunity to learn new skills like carpentry and forestry, practice languages, or take up new sports. I am looking to help on eco projects, schools, sports companies or anything i can be of assistance in social living.
Due to my background in health science I wish to share knowledge and experience of ways to improve life and wellbeing, through nutrition, sleep, exercise, and cognitive training. I also hope to learn new ways people apply different practices for their own routine and health.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have a degree in Sport Exercise and Health Science and have participated in a range of sports and physical activities throughout my life. Most physical and coordinative skills come naturally to me and serve me to be an efficient instructor, laborer, and health specialist.
I have worked with children from the ages of 4-18 in sports camps, afterschool clubs, elite football and volunteering. It brings me such job to teach and learn with them.
Aside from sport, my work has spanned into numerous avenues, from landscape gardening, bar work, building, warehouse operating and in hospitality. I believe the range to which I have worked and my eagerness to develop hard skills lends me to be an excellent worker all round, one which can be left with minimal instructions with the trust that work will be completed to a high standard in an efficient manor.

Just want to mention food! I will eat anything and everything with no exception. I do have presences but i want to teach and be taught about different dishes, snacks and beverages too. Japanese food is far superior to English food.
