I definitely recommend for people who want to explore this part of Costa Rica the jungle and living kind of easy and quiet life style. especially for people who like yoga!

I can say that my stay at the farm was one of my greatest experience ,
You learn so much through the working, and from the incredible people.
The work with the vegetables is fun and not too hard, everyday is different and so you learn new things and get stronger from working with the hands and the body.
