Hi, my name is Mahalia, but please call me Hali 🥰 I'm 19, born and raised in Devon, England. Last year, I lived with my uncle in Australia, looking after my 2 cousins, and I have just spent 3 months caring for twin 20 month olds. One of my biggest aspirations in life is to travel, and this seems like the perfect way to go about it! I'm a great worker, and I'm great with kids, as I'm the eldest daughter of 9! I love music and musicals, I'm always moving/dancing/singing, mostly pop and musical theatre, or anything that gives me a big smile and makes me want to twirl around 😂 I also love baking, i make lot of cookies, and would love to make you some sweet treats/make them with you. I would love to come and stay with a kind, loving family, who can help broaden my knowledge of culture, language, and the world, while also having fun and hopefully to a great soundtrack! So I grew up with 4 siblings, me and my sisters were home educated, so we spent a lot of times outdoors, in woods, on boats, climbing trees.
I'm very good with children, and I'm a hard worker.
I got a paper round at 13, and have been working since.
I can mend clothing/toys.
I'm barista trained, and have first aid, food health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol certifications.
I have also have an Australian working with children check, and police background checks, as I was interested in working in a school.
I love baking sweet treats, and also good at working with dietary requirements. Would love to do some messy baking with loud music and fun kids.
I have just spent 3 months with a family of twin 20 month olds, and had so much fun!
