My name is Giacomo Buglia, and I’m an Italian traveler passionate about cultural exchange and new experiences. I love stepping out of my comfort zone to discover new places, people, and traditions. I hold a degree in Food Safety and have been working in the sustainability field for several years, which has taught me the importance of respecting the environment and local communities. During my travels, I always try to contribute actively by sharing my skills and taking part in meaningful projects. Through Workaway, I want to keep growing, learn new languages and cultures, and live meaningful experiences in a spirit of exchange and collaboration.

Living and working on a winery in Italy has given me a deep understanding of both farming and wine production. I am also a skilled chef and pastry maker specializing in traditional Italian cuisine. Currently, I work as a researcher in high-quality beer brewing, blending science with craftsmanship. With hospitality experience in Italy, Wales, France, and the Czech Republic, I enjoy meeting new people and providing excellent service. I'm passionate about sports like boxing, basketball, and gym training, and in my free time, I enjoy painting and socializing over a good aperitif.
