I hold a degree in Food Safety and have been working in the sustainability field for several years, which has taught me the importance of respecting the environment and local communities. Currently, I work as a researcher in high-quality beer brewing, blending science with craftsmanship. With hospitality experience in Italy, Wales, France, and the Czech Republic, I enjoy meeting new people and providing excellent service. I'm passionate about sports like boxing, basketball, and gym training, and in my free time, I enjoy painting and socializing over a good aperitif.
