I had a great time at Carol and Trevor's.
I was mostly sanding and painting as well as a few other jobs like lighting fires.
Carol and Trevor are both really friendly and have a great sense of humour. They make you feel like part of the family.
I miss them (and the dogs/cats!) very much. I hope to visit again!

What a fantastic guy!
George was a pleasure to host. Always pleasant and always game to jump in and help out. He was clean, tidy and very responsible. He blended into our family and was so much fun to have.

I had a great time at Jen's. I was only supposed to stay for 3 weeks but ended up staying for 6!
The location is great with everything you need nearby. We would make breakfast and lunch ourselves in the trailer then have dinner up at the main house. Jen is a great cook!
Also the 3 dogs are amazing, you won't want to stop petting them!

Where to begin!
The location is great but most importantaly Sam & Tanner are amazing hosts and make you feel like part of the family! They took us on an adventure pretty much every day. We went swimming, disc golfing, hiking, mountain biking (I'm definitely missing a few things!).

Georgio is a certified roofer after leaving !
He was a great help, and never complained (except about the mosquitoes 😝). George was always down for an adventure after the work was done and we had lots of fun slip and sliding, camping, hiking in the Bugaboos, biking, swimming at the river and hanging on the deck.

George was great to have around and a wonderful member of our team!
He was quick to help other visitors when they needed it, we could teach him how to do a task and know we could leave him to it and it would be done properly.
He made everyone feel welcome and we were happy to have him!

I stayed for a few weeks back in October. Cal and Claire were both great hosts, made me feel welcome straight away and always there if you needed anything.
The Villa is coming a long well and was nice to be able to play a part in that. I mainly did plasterboarding as well as other various DIY jobs. There was a good sense of community with them… read more
