Yoga and meditation connects me deeply with others and gives me a profound sense of purpose. Traveling fuels my curiosity, allowing me to learn from new cultures and people, while exploring nature grounds me and recharges my spirit. I focus on safety and alignment, and I love blending in breathwork and mindfulness to help everyone find balance and peace. I’m all about connecting with my students and making each class a positive, transformative experience.
