Hi there!
We are Filip and Winnie, a couple from Macedonia and Netherlands travelling together the globe. Let us introduce briefly who we are and why we are here :)

Winnie decided to turn her passion for traveling into becoming a digital nomad specializing in digital technology. She has been on the road now for more than three years and is still loving the freedom and opportunity to see and experience the world that comes with this lifestyle.
She is a cheerful, enthusiastic, laid back and open-minded person. Also she is very curious which makes that she has many interests and always open for new experiences or learning something new. She loves to dance, in particular latin dances such as salsa, bachata and kizomba as well as water sports, such as scuba diving and kitesurfing. Nature is where she feels at peace and winds down.

For the past six years, Filip has been running his own hostel, creating a welcoming space for travelers. Prior to this, he spent three years as a flight attendant for an international airline traveling the world. Fueling his journey is a deep-rooted passion for travel and connecting with people. He always tries to create a positive and comfortable environment for people around him. Music, and especially traditional music, is his outlet, listening but also playing the djembe from time to time. He enjoys working with his hands for example construction work or gardening.

As you can read, we both share the love for traveling and meeting people from all over the world. In summer time, we are running a hostel in Ohrid, Macedonia and welcome travelers from all over the world. While the hostel is closed in winter time, we love to take the opportunity to go on some adventures ourselves. We prefer to travel slow, to get a chance to experience a place in local way and to learn about the culture and the people. This is the reason why we think Workaway fits us perfectly, while at the same time having the chance to contribute and give something back.

We are positive, easy-going and love to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Open and honesty are important values for us, what you see is what you get ;) We can easily adapt in new situation and welcome adventures of any kind. We always enjoys spending time with good people and share some good food, drinks, music or a good conversation. We believe life is meant to be enjoyed and a laugh/smile goes a long way :)

We are happy to contribute to your project with our skills we already possess or learn something new. A description is always limited so let's connect and get to know each other more!

>Language: Both are advanced English speakers. Filip is a native Macedonian speaker and Winnie is a native Dutch speaker.

In general, we are very easy-going and social people. We love to learn new skills and easily adapt in new situations.
