Hi everyone!

We are Gregor [34] and Evastella [32] from Scotland and Spain. We have moved to Portugal for a new life and are keen to be part of a Workaway project in the coming months.
Our last workaway was in an animal sanctuary in Scotland and was an amazing and nourishing experience.

We are especially interested in learning about permaculture and organic farming, as we have dreams of regenerating a farm in Portugal ourselves in the not too distant future.

We are both hard-working and enjoy working manually and in a team. We are very social people.

Gregor is a UK-qualified electrician and geologist, who is very interested in renewables.

Evastella worked in marketing, loves all things outdoors, and is a very DIY person. Excellent cooking too from her Spanish and Italian roots.

We love traveling and being in nature, but above all, what we want the most is to be involved in a sustainable project that we can learn from and leave a lasting impact.

Another of our special goals in this new workaway experience is improving our Portuguese. We speak and can teach English, Spanish and Italian.

We are cheerful people, smiling, curious, and always open to learning. We love music and making friends. We love to be surrounded by and always bring good vibrations :)

We love animals and the care they may need.

Gregor is a qualified electrician and loves all manual work.

Evastella is a very empathetic person, loves manual work, and is a great problem solver. Has great cooking skills too, and one of her mottos is not to waste any food.

We are very self-sufficiency focused and committed to learning about growing our own food. We are not scrupulous people, and we like the contact with the ground.

In addition, Evastella’s professional experience in marketing and communication means she can always help with computers or contribute to improving the communication of a project either online or offline. She also likes to teach anything that is of interest to others.

We could help with languages too: English, Spanish, Italian and/or Catalan.
