Hi, I’m Emi, a French 24-year-old girl :)

I recently got my degree in developmental psychology and I am currently a school psychologist helping kids aged 2 to 11 !

I’m passionate about travelling, spending time outdoors and discovering new cultures. I love meeting new people and make meaningful encounters. I am keen on volunteering and helping out others as well as learning new languages, customs, ways of living etc.

I have a Bachelor in English, a Bachelor in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Developmental Psychology (Child, Teenager and Family). I speak French, English and a bit of Spanish. Whenever I get an opportunity to live abroad I take it : I did an internship in the Reunion island and I spent one year studying in the United States !

I worked as an animator planning holidays for adults with special needs as well as in a center for kids aged 3-15. I also worked as a pet sitter, an English teacher for students, a volunteer to mentor youth in need,… All these different experiences enabled me to develop communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills as well as my ability to help people in need.

I’m excited to start this new adventure in September and explore the world !

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have experience with kids and teenagers as well as people with special needs. My experiences enabled me to develop adaptability skills so I will easily adapt to different environments, situations, people,.. I can take care of animals, teach languages and I am mostly eager to learn new skills (building, painting, gardening, maintenance,….)

My plan is to volunteer in hostels in Asia for a few months and meet amazing people from all around the world. I would love to do this experience again in a year or two in South America.
