Hi there!

My name is Emil and I'm born and bred in Denmark. Very easy going with an appetite for adventures and good company. I have travelled all over Europe and in Africa and Asia as well. I have lived and studied in France and the UK.

I'm looking for a new and exiting place where I can gather inspiration for new projects and find the rythm of a new environment.

I work as a cultural journalist and writer and I have a deep passion for literature, theatre, music, history, you name it. I love watching football and I'm a pretty skilled cook – if I may say so myself.

I'm an excellent cook and I don't mind at all doing the shopping and the dishes too ;-)
From my garden at home, I have plenty of experience growing and harvesting fruit, vegetables, and herbs.
My girlfriend have four hens and we are dog sitters too, so I'm very used to taking care of animals.

I'm very enthusiastic about football even though – if |'m brutally honest – I prefer to watch rather than to play.

Whenever I go abroad, food is always a central part of the plan! What kind of vegetables, fish, herbs, or whatever is in season? Where can I get it? Where can I taste? If you love good food too, and you love to talk about it and share, you've got yourself a partner in crime ;-)
