I am a 24 years old curious mind, passionate about the connection between the body and the mind. I love to dance since I could walk, and it becomes more powerful with music and singing!! I love to try any type of movement practice and learn about its effects on our mental and physical health, as well as the connection we developp with people around, with society and with Nature...

For me, languages are like "secret codes". Only if you know the code can you access the treasure: people from other parts of the world. Since the differences in culture, traditions, traditional knowledge and behaviours are the most precious things we have, sharing them is the key to opening the mind and the soul! The knowledge of different languages is a quality that allows you to access more opportunities in life (in terms of job, knowledge, life perspectives, understanding...). I'm very grateful that I was able to do studies that allowed me to reach level C1 in English and Spanish, so that I could travel and live in different countries where my mother tongue was not used. During my studies, I taught English and Spanish to children aged between 10 and 16, and I really enjoyed the experience! The reward of seeing their eyes light up when they understand a new concept is incomparable.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Communication & event planning:
With a masters degree in International management, Communication and Event Planning, I learned about marketing technics, brand creation, developped my skills in digital and interpersonal communication. My 2 interneships (one in Valencia - Spain, one in Berlin - Germany), made me train my skills in digital communication, as well as project management.

Community management:
I love to get to know people, their needs and passions, their habits and traditions, to bring them together and doing fun activities. I have worked in a co-working space as a community manager, talking wiht the co-workers and making sure they had everything they need. I also co-organised and co-hosted a series of 6 artistic workshops based on intuitive dancing and painting, with 20 participants in average.

Dance & Arts:
I have been practicing various type of dance since I am 4 years old:
- Quite regularly (for some years): Modern jazz, Hip Hop, Zumba, Rock n' Roll, Salsa, Forrо́
- Trials (spontaneous class): Bollywood dance, Hawaian dance, Capoeira, Contemporary, AfroFusio, Dancehall, 4 months of Musical Theater
I also fell in love with Biodanza, a spiritual dance (created by a Chilean psychotherapist) that allows you to connect deeply with your emotions, the people around you and your environment.
