Hello Australia!

I am an energetic and enthusiastic 32 year old originally from the countryside near Belfast, who has been a happy Londoner since 2017.

For the past 5 years I have been teaching Spanish and French to 11-18 year olds in East London, which has been hilarious and fulfilling (if challenging at times!). I have also lived in Madrid, the south of Spain, and Paris, and have been lucky enough to travel extensively through South and Central America, South East Asia, and Europe. I love spending time outdoors and have walked a couple of Caminos, run a few marathons, dived in some spectacular places and would like to have more of those elements in my day to day.

I ran a gardening club at school with the kids, I have worked in restaurants and bars, have no aversion to cleaning, have looked after friends' cats and dogs while they're away, am not afraid to get my hands dirty or try my hand at new things. I am a hard-working person who likes to do things with humour.

An open-minded, caring person, I am energised by connecting with new people and sharing experiences with them. I am also exploring Australia because I want to spend more time in nature, which is when I feel most at peace and myself.

Not eating meat, but not offended by others doing so. Happy to cook occasionally too!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I speak Spanish and English and some French.
I can cook and clean and have au paired twice in Spain so am comfortable helping with kids.
I have a degree in International Management and Spanish.
I've worked in restaurants and bars since I was 16 and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and get stuck in with the day to day running of things.
I have experience with social media and websites and would be very happy to help with these/ the English translations in any way.
Can-do attitude with a smile!
