I’m a curious person who loves discovering and learning new things. I feel happiest when I’m outdoors — preferably in the sun, moving, exploring, or simply noticing the small details around me. Movement, dance, and music bring me joy and help me stay balanced and grounded.

I enjoy a slow and mindful way of living, taking time to experience life with all my senses and to be present in whatever I’m doing.

Connecting with people is something I truly value. I believe that every encounter holds the potential to learn, to grow, and to gain new perspectives.

I am a trained educator, which means I’m comfortable guiding groups, supporting people, and explaining things clearly and patiently.

I can teach yoga and dance (creative movement, conscious body awareness).

I love cooking and enjoy preparing healthy meals for others.

I speak German and English fluently.

I have experience in social media management, journalism and public relations, including creating content and planning communication strategies.

I also produce music and enjoy working on creative projects.

I’m always open to learning new skills and I easily adapt to different environments. Working collaboratively and contributing to meaningful tasks motivates me.
