The activities I enjoy the most are outdoor one, like hiking, trekking, freediving, kayaking you name it. I also enjoy reading, photography and videography, gym, movement, puzzles, tennis and more.

The obvious things about me? I’m passionate about traveling, nature, and a healthy lifestyle. I have lived in multiple countries, with New Zealand being my favorite. I enjoyed working outdoors, from fruit picking to offering my own landscaping and gardening services. My time in New Zealand was life-changing, as it catapulted me on a journey to becoming a Primal Health Coach—which is now my job.
What excites me most is personal growth, new experiences, and connecting with fellow humans. I am passionate about holistic living and aligning with nature. My current dream is to develop my own land and create a safe, playful space where people can take a moment to return to their true essence.
You wouldn’t call me the wild soul of the party—I’m more subtle, a slow burner who enjoys a good laugh and deep, meaningful conversations. I love truly getting to know people and learning from one another.

Quais são suas habilidades?
My skill set is as colorful as a rainbow, but the most valuable ones, aside from primal health, are in landscaping and gardening.
In the past, I’ve participated in Workaway projects at homestays and farms. While in New Zealand, I spent a lot of time working in vineyards and orchards before transitioning to gardening and later landscaping. My experience ranges from weeding to building fences and concreting driveways.
I'm detail-oriented and thrive with clear guidelines, while still leaving room for creativity.
