Hello everyone, I'm Debora!
I've always loved to travel and meet new people from all over. I'm especially fascinated by learning new languages, and in recent years, I’ve focused on Korean. I was lucky enough to visit the beautiful country of South Korea, and now I'm excited about the possibility of living there for a few months to immerse myself in the culture and continue improving my language skills.
I’d love to contribute as a Workawayer, offering help with English or Italian, and I’m eager to connect with others while experiencing life as a local.
I can’t wait to begin this new adventure!

I've always been interested in learning new languages since I was a little kid! Right now, I'm really in love with Korean and I've been studying for almost 3 years, but real fluency comes from speaking the language everyday and understanding its culture better. In exchange, I could teach you Italian and/or English at the best of my ability.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I hold a degree in Linguistic Mediation, which has provided me with a solid foundation in communication and cross-cultural understanding. My mother tongue is Italian, and I’m fluent in English at an advanced level, while also being intermediate in French and German.
I’ve worked as a receptionist, where I refined my organizational and customer service skills, and as a barista/mixologist, where I developed a keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
I’m hardworking and a fast learner, always eager to tackle new challenges and improve my skills. I’ve always loved animals and taking care of them. I’m a people person who loves to socialize and offer help wherever I can, which makes me well-suited for roles that require interaction and teamwork.

I love hiking and exploring new places: it helps me to unwind and recharge, especially if rewarded with a good view! I really love eating and trying different foods.
I find so much joy in being around animals and caring for them. I also really enjoy singing and playing at the arcade. Painting and playing with instant clay are little creative outlets for me, even if I’m no artist haha. Overall, I just love staying active, creative, and close to the things and people that bring me joy.
