hey,

I am Claudia, an open - minded German, who loves to get to know new people, learn new skills and explore new countries and places.

I am a trained nurse, as an Ayurveda Health Advisor interested in holistic health and a food blogger. I am keen on (vegetarian and plantbased) cooking and gardening, have a big heart for animals and children and love to be outside in nature.

Travelling, singing, kayaking and Scottish country dancing are some of my favourite ways to spent my free time.

I‘m experienced in cooking and baking, housekeeping, and as a mother of two grown up sons, I have some experience with children.

I also have some gardening experience and started to learn about Permaculture during lockdown, where I would love to learn more about.

It was great having Claudia at our project, she was friendly, sweet and helpful. We shared interesting conversations and she engaged with all the other volunteers well. She was willing to do work inside and out, even when it was tiring. Thanks for joining us!

What a great experience being part (for a short time only) of this community. Joshua, Karina and the other interns and volunteers are very engaged to develope the place and the community of Atandahua . I felt very welcomed and I‘m so grateful for having me. Highly recommend the project!

I‘ve been volunteering as a nurse in the Health Centre in El Remate and had a great experience.
Anne was very helpful before my travel and during my stay. Thanks to Marvin, who introduced me to the Clinic work and helped me improve my spanish.
I also had the possibility to spend an afternoon at the kids project which was great fun.

It was wonderful to have Claudia with us. She was relaxed and willing to help with anything. It was easy to trust her with her tasks from the beginning. She wouldn't hesitate to ask questions in order to do her jobs well. She was also good with others and a good team worker. She can come back anytime.

This was my first workaway experience and I really loved it. I got so much more from this experience than expected and left after two weeks with a very grateful heart. Met amazing and wonderful people there from all over the world. And even if I wished to help in the kitchen I also loved the housekeeping, cause the team was very nice to work with.
