Hi, I'm Claudia or Clau as everyone calls me
I'm a physically active, proactive woman with a desire to continue traveling the world and having the enriching experience of volunteering makes me very happy.
My personality is easy going, drama free, my philosophy of life is live and let live.
I enjoy trekking, swimming, photography, cycling and above all, keeping healthy.
I like to cook and I'm quite organized, I don't smoke and the truth is that I'm not drinking either, maybe in Italy that will change :)

My most recognized skills are: verbal and non-verbal communication, I connect very well with people, because of my work with people with dementia and depression, I am good at motivating people to change their vibration, I care about being in a high vibration most of the time, I am also good at cooking, cleaning, photography, general care, organizing and any work that I am interested in and put effort to do it well.

one of my favorite hobbies when i have time is hiking or trekking, it's when the mind calms down best. i also love photography and drawing. i also enjoy planting and love having my own vegetables.
