Hi all 👋
My name is Caroline, I'm from the west coast of Ireland. I love everything to do with nature and the great outdoors. I'm passionate about rowing curachs and naomhógs (traditional Irish row boats), camping, cycling and hiking. Last summer I cycled and camped the Western Front, cycling through France, Belgium and the Netherlands, which was an incredible experience.
I also have a love of basket making, history, mythology, folktales, the etymology of words and how language shapes our perceptions and beliefs. I have practiced meditation in the Thich Nhat Hanh tradition for a number of years and I have started practicing Qigong.
I would love to meet new people, see and experience different lifestyles, listen to people's stories and using my skills to help out.

Quais são suas habilidades?
My Grandad had a sheep farm so my practical experience comes from farming which includes digging drains, fertilising fields, cutting hedges, raising abandoned lambs (I fed the lambs 4 times a day, cleaned their shed and changed their bedding. I also used to bring them for walks which my Grandad used to laugh at but they would get super excited and they really enjoyed it so I would always bring them).
I can also sand and paint wooden row boats, waterproof canvas curachs, paint houses and cook.

Like a goat, I eat anything. My only kryptonite is chillies and spice 🌶, of which I can only handle in small amounts.
