I am a 35 year old Dutchman. My friends describe me as an optimistic, friendly and cheerful person, whereas colleagues described me as hard-working and innovative. I'm interested in spirituality; I can teach yin yoga, yin yang yoga and yoga nidra classes, and I can host guided meditations. Also, I love cooking, playing guitar, singing and working with animals.

I'm interested in learning more about farming, permaculture and DIY, to expand my skills in those fields.

Currently, I'm working as a Psychology teacher, and due to working in education I have a long summer holiday, in which I would love to do another workaway.
