Hello! 🙂

We are Bence and Réka, a Hungarian couple currently taking a break from our usual professional lives to experience the world more directly through travel, cultural exchange, and meaningful practical work.

Bence has a background in sport science and academia, with three Master’s degrees (PE/Health Promotion Teacher/ Athletic Coach/ Sport Performance Analyst) and a PhD in Sport Science, while Réka is an English teacher specializing in the Helen Doron method. After years of intensive study and structured careers, we both felt it was the right time to step outside our normal routines, meet new people, learn from different cultures, and gain more real-world experiences.

Although Bence comes from an academic background, he is also very practical, disciplined, and hands-on. He has coached athletics for children, worked in sports and health promotion, and has a strong interest in wellbeing and mindfulness (he is also a certified MSPE/mindfulness instructor). He is very sporty and active, especially passionate about distance running, so endurance, consistency, and physical work are things he genuinely enjoys.

Réka is warm, communicative, creative, and experienced in working with children and education. She enjoys helping people learn and creating positive, supportive environments. She has also worked as a florist and holds a floristry qualification. She loves plants, gardening, and spending time in nature.

As a couple, we live a very conscious and healthy lifestyle. We are vegetarians, non-smokers, and we do not drink alcohol or use any mind-altering substances. We value reliability, kindness, mindfulness, respectful communication, and meaningful human connections.

• Teaching & coaching experience — I previously coached athletics for children and enjoy working with people and communities.

• My wife Réka is an English teacher (Helen Doron specialist), so together we make a capable, adaptable, and responsible team.

We are looking for authentic experiences where we can contribute, learn from local culture, meet inspiring people, and be genuinely useful. We are open-minded, hardworking, calm, and excited for new challenges and connections around the world.
