Hey there!
My name is Annika, I’m an adventurous, open minded, helpful and optimistic thinking girl from Germany, who loves to laugh and wants to see more of the world. I studied psychology but quit my job to give space to my passions and invest into my personal growth. I want to grow, thrive, and bring more happiness and peace into my and the lifes of others :-)

I love being active, doing sports of all kinds especially when doing them outside (e.g. bike riding, running, surfing, hiking, swimming, soccer,...). But also having time for myself and spending time in nature gives me the possibility to refill my energy. I am more a quiet than a loud person but always looking forward to a new challenge and to step out of my comfort zone. I like being creative, I like to draw, paint, sing, listen to or make music. And of course I love to travel. Getting to know new places, the huge variety of nature our planet has to offer, the people of different cultures and their ways of living in different parts of the world. I’m working towards living a more conscious life based on a vegan/vegetarian and sugarfree diet and practicing meditation. But there’s still so much more to discover and grow with so I’m happy to connect with people and share experiences, ideas, knowledge, skills, language, and what ever else there is to offer. I’m looking forward to help, to share and especially to laugh together! :-)

I wouldn't say I'm that talented in learning languages, but I'm super interested in getting to know them. I'd love to speak different languages and be able to talk to people in their mother tongue. So every time I visit a country I start learning the language with great enthusiasm. But except with English I wasn't able to really deepen my skills. I'd love to learn Spanish and Norwegian and of course I'm happy to help you learn some German if you're interested.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I studied psychology and worked at a school for children with special needs of all age so I am very familiar with working with kids. I volunteered at the university group for UNICEF and organized different activities for and with children. I also worked at different rehab facilities so I know a bit about relaxationwork (PMR, autogenic training). I coach people in different health related topics (mainly stress and sleep). My workaway experiences have been at a self-sustainable farm, helping out in a family with everyday tasks and speaking english with the kids and working at a lodge and hostel beeing responsible for all kind of tasks you can imagine :D

I like to cook and bake (for myself it’s (nearly) vegan, but I have no problem with other kinds of diet). I play the piano and tought myself to play the guitar. I like to be active and work physically. I’m always happy to help friends with gardening, fix up furniture or other stuff, painting,… I am also good with animals and always love it when there're animals around, whatever kind! I’m open to any kind of work and eager to learn new skills! So if you have a vision I’d love to help you with it and learn from and with you whatever comes along the way.

I'd love to learn more about meditation, mindfulness and yoga, qigong, or similar. I like to make music and/or sing together, play all kinds of cards or board games, do art, do all kinds of sport and explore the world together.
