Quais são suas habilidades?
Ive been a scout for all my life, so I know how to survive in nature, manage, organise and lead kids.
I also practically grew up on an old school farm in the countryside so, working the field, taking care of animals and all the million other things that come along with that I can handle. But im still learning how to drive a tractor.
Ive studied nature protection in highschool, and went to college for ecological farming.
Ive also spend a lot of time working in service and mountain huts.

Ana was one of the top volonteeres we ever had! She was obviously enjoying time with tasks she got. She was selfsuficiant and motivated to help even more then expected. Me and my dog Luna wore here for about 3 weeks and it was amazing!
Ana and Damir are simple people who value open communication, and this was also very important for me. If you say how you feel and what you need they listen and you can always find a solution together.
Here you will work alot but in the best possible way!
Ive help with making… read more the fence for the garden, working in the forest, helping with the garden, planting, re-planting;), helping with the duck and chicken coop, playing with the dogs, cooking, helping with the chill-community place next to the lake, and many other things...
While helping Damir Ive really enjoyed myself, he is hard working but he also knows when its time to take it easy, and I also liked that we didnt rush things; if needed we took a break to think about what is the best way to do someting. He is also someone who has experienced this forest for a long time and seen some world so he really is an interesting person to talk to. Also you can just feel the balkan vibe here, so you will relax in no time!
I was already familiar with getting my hands dirty, so for me it was not so hard.
But I am mostly grateful for getting the opportunity to meet a community of like minded people. Everybody here has a heart for nature, but its also nice to see that everyone does things a litlle bit differently.
Talking to Damir, Ana also Vlado and Panda gave me hope for the future. I am forevermore thankful that we made this connection though talks, hanging out, pizza partys, circle of forgiveness, and just being together.
Sleeping here was really good, the mud house is someting else I was super impressed!
Somedays we started work in the mornings but mostly my mornings wore just the best, I like to have some alone time so while Ana and Damir wore working I took a walk to the lake with my dog, went swimming.
But no day was the same I also liked this alot!
They also have two dogs, and it just took a couple of days a litlle paitens and love and my dog was getting along with them. Im sure if I stayed for a litlle more they would become a pack hehe
I also came to work on my language skills and even though my croatian is not so good they wore very patient and with them ive learnd a lot.
If you have a chance come and enjoy the nature and a lovely community.
Anyway I will for sure come back, I only have love for all of them, animals, people and nature it was lovely.
Thank you again my Balkan sister and brother.

This was my very first workaway and it was the best way to start this part of my journey.
Marcus really is an amazing person to be a workaway host.
He is patient, full of knowledge, but always ready to listen on how you would do things.
I also had a female dog with me, and Tačko and Baki wore really good with her.
