Touched by the precious link between Being & Nature, I submit a support in your daily activities.

Spiritual approach :

I am spiritual woman who practices Yoga (Yin & Vinyasa & playing Gong) in Paris - FRANCE.
I have been guided by Buddhism & Shamanic foundations since childhood & I am really connected to creative practices (painting, body painting).

I have participated at different Buddhist retreat & Yoga camps to appreciate the importance of the service. It would be an honor to share together & helping your daily activities with love & humility.

This exchange, based on the free act, makes it possible to remain open to the world by welcoming young woman sensitive to human integrity & to the link with nature, in the broad sense of the term. It is also an opportunity for you to receive physical and moral support in your projects, to exchange ideas, values and know-how.

I can share my Yoga and Creative Practice with love & happiness.

Indeed, the new paradigm invites us to be instinctively guided by the heartbeat through the wonder of the present.
