About Me

My name is Lesya (Ukraine, 39), and I walk the path of Yoga not only as a practice, but as a way of living and perceiving the world.

For me, Yoga is not something I “do” — it is something I live through my thoughts, my choices, my energy, and the way I connect with people.

My journey began more than 4 years ago and gradually became a deep transformation of lifestyle, values, and inner awareness. Since then, I continue to learn, evolve, and integrate Yogic wisdom into everyday life.

I am certified in 200h and 300h Yoga Teacher Trainings in Mysore, India, and continue deepening my knowledge through practice, study, and teaching.

I have been living and teaching in a Yogic environment at Praguna Yoga Shala (India), where I:

Assist in organizing Yoga Teacher Training Courses
Support students (40+ people) as a Teacher Assistant
Teach Asana classes
Help with Ashram life and daily responsibilities
Manage social media and administrative tasks

My teaching approach combines:
asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindful awareness.

I also have a deep love for photography and often receive compliments on my unique perspective of the world. This could be valuable if you need beautiful, authentic content for your Instagram or website.

Additionally, I managed the Instagram account @pys_mysore last year, organically growing the audience from 2,500 to 17,000 followers.

I also curious about Indian Numerology and Astrology.
And doing deep tissue and marma massage.

an international environment.

- Advertising and marketing support
- Office administration and documentation

This allows me to be not only a teacher, but also a supportive, reliable, and grounded person in any space.

I am currently looking for a paid position where I can create stability and support my future life path.

I am happy to contribute not only through teaching, but also by supporting daily tasks, organization, or any responsibilities needed.

At the same time, I deeply value being in a peaceful and conscious environment, where I can continue sharing Yoga and growing within a like-minded community.

For me, it is important to feel mutual respect, sincerity, and a shared intention in the space we create together.

Quais são suas habilidades?

First of all, I have studied accountant and had a experience of 5-years in that field. Working for one of the most famous Financial Services Company in the World (Deloitte), including a promotion as Manager during my last year.
Also, I have done some seasonal job experiences as Housekeeper, Dishwashing and even Assistant Chef.
Both combination, creates a profile with possitive things about "offices life style" as working under pressure, under deadlines and dealing with teams and customers. And also, saesonal experiences bring me a clear focus about how I love travel around the world, knowing news cultures and making a deep conection with people around you.

My hobbies or main interests are related to a spiritual life-style, as mentioned before: reading, yoga and meditation.

Also I am improving my diet oriented to a vegetarian, and even vegan diet in the future.
I working out my brain doin pranayama and mindfullness practice.

I think the best gift all we have is the present moment. Focus on be here now is the best way to live, not only for oneself, but everyone who is arround us.
