We are located in an isolated place in the pre-Pyrenees where we are rehabilitating a Buddhist center in a search for energy and food autonomy. We occasionally need help in the vegetable garden: cleaning, preparing plants, sowing, harvesting and conservation. The tasks to be carried out are simple and you will receive guidance and help from us, however your ideas and creativity will be welcome. We offer you healthy, tasty and vegetarian food, but not only that, once a week we cook meat. If we are very isolated, the first small town being 35km away, we are however in a mountain landscape offering beautiful walks and hikes. For this we provide bicycles You will have an internet connection and will be accommodated in single rooms.

Nous sommes situés dans un lieu isolé des pré-pyrénées où nous réhabilitons un centre bouddhiste dans une recherche d'autonomie énergétique et alimentaire.
Nous avons ponctuellement besoin d'aide au jardin potager: nettoyage, préparation des plants, semis, récoltes et conservation.
Les tâches à effectuer sont simples et vous recevrez une guidance et une aide de notre part, cependant vos idées et votre créativité seront bienvenus.
Nous vous proposons une nourriture saine, savoureuse et végétarienne, mais pas uniquement, une fois par semaine nous cuisinons de la viande.
Si nous sommes très isolés, la première petite ville se trouvant à 35km, nous sommes cependant dans un paysage de montagne offrant de belles balades et randonnées. Pour celà nous mettons à disposition des bicyclettes
Vous disposerez d'une connexion internet et serez logés dans des chambres individuelles.

We need help in the vegetable garden:
September - October - November
Picking up the last vegetables and fruits, almonds, grapes. Making preserves for the winter, jams and grape juices.
Cleaning up the growing areas and sowing with winter-bearing plants.
December - January - February
No help is needed, nature and ourselves are resting.
March - April - May
Cleaning up, first sowings and preparing for later sowings.
June - July - August
Cleaning up and maintaining the growing areas, picking up, thinning out, first harvests.
If you know how to use a brushcutter or an axe to split wood, you will be particularly appreciated. Thank you

Nous avons besoin d'aide au jardin potager :
Septembre - octobre - novembre
Ramassage des derniers légumes et fruits, des amandes, du raisin. Confection des conserves pour l'hiver, des confitures et des jus de raisin.
Nettoyage des zones de cultures et ensemencement avec des plantes nouricières pour l'hiver.
Décembre - janvier - février
Aucune aide n'est nécessaire, la nature et nous même nous reposons.
Mars - avril - mai
Nettoyage, premiers semis et préparation des semis plus tardifs.
Juin - juillet - août
Nettoyage et entretien des zones de culture, ramassage, éclaicissement, premières récoltes.
Si vous savez utiliser une débroussailleuse, ou une hache pour fendre le bois, vous serez particulièrement appréciés. Merci

Everyday, we can remember him because of this panel.
He really help us in our huge work, and he was always happy and kind with us.
I recommand him and, can tell you that you'll have very good time with him.
It's s big project and we could see and do different things during our stay.
Jodok helped to build and work with the stones and he cut a lot of trees in the woods. Alex could mostly work in the garden or help in the kitchen.
